When someone visits my website, I use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behave patterns. I do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site.
This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. If I do want to collect personally identifiable information through my website, I will be up front about this. I will make it clear when I collect personal information and will explain what I intend to do with it.
The software will save a cookie to my computers hard drive in order to track and monitor my engagement and usage of the website, but will not store, save or collect personal information.

I use a third-party service to help maintain the security and performance of my website. To deliver this service it processes the IP addresses of visitors to the site.

I use Third Party vendors to provide software, networking, storage and related technology required to run my website and services.
Contact & Communication With Me
Users contacting us through this website do so at their own discretion and provide any such personal details requested at their own risk. Ymy personal information is kept private and stored securely until a time it is no longer required or has no use.
Where I have clearly stated and made you aware of the fact, and where you have given my express permission, I may use my details to send you products/services information through a mailing list system. This is done in accordance with the regulations named in ‘The policy’ above.
Referral Forms
In order to receive funding and provide the postal service I need to show my funders (the Arts Council) how the service is working, who it is benefitting and how.
After a years subscription I will send out a short evaluation just to get snapshots of how the club has proved helpful.
By submitting the referral form you will be agreeing to participate in this evaluation.
On completing the form the information will be held until the first dispatch.
After which you will be contacted annually to see if you wish to subscribe for another year.
The Postal Service is totally free but if anyone wishes to make a donation it will be gratefully received, but there is absolutely no obligation to.
I will not sell or share personal data with anyone else.
Descriptions of people’s circumstances is to see who the postal club is reaching and how it is benefitting people, it will summarised and presented to my funders anonymously.
You will not be contacted by a third party.

Paying with Square or Paypal
Where I take payments I do so using Squareup.co.uk or Paypal.co.uk who will take/store your details: Name/Address/Payment card etc to complete your order payment.
We will be able to view this information bar yiur payment card within the Order details and at Square or Paypal account, but will not store payment information ourselves, only using yiur name and address to confirm the payment details against those you supplied when checking out on my website with your order.
We will not transfer these details to another platform, such as my Emailing platform or to 3rd parties, nor use them for other means without first seeking your consent.
When you check out on my website you will supply your information such as Payment and Shipping Address, Name and Email which I will store, these details will be used to process your purchase such as printing a mailing label, receipt etc, and I will not make any further use or transfer this information to another platform or 3rd parties without my prior consent.
We provide a tick box on the checkout page for you to sign up to my Mailing list to receive emails from me, if you chose to select this option I will transfer your details to my Mailing client with a view to contacting you with relevant content, such as Sales/News and alike.
You can opt out of this anytime by selecting the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in the emails I send you.
Email Mailing List & Marketing Messages
I operate an email mailing list program, used to inform subscribers about products, services and/or news I supply/publish. Users can subscribe through an online automated process where they have given their explicit permission. Subscriber personal details are collected, processed, managed and stored in accordance with the regulations named in ‘The policy’ above.
Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time through an automated online service, or if not available, other means as detailed in the footer of sent marketing messages. The type and content of marketing messages subscribers receive, and if it may contain third party content, is clearly outlined at the point of subscription.
I use MailChimp as my marketing automation platform.
By submitting my Mailing list Signup form, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.
Email marketing messages may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of subscriber data relating to engagement, geographic, demographics and already stored subscriber data.

Disclosure of personal information
I collect contact details via the website for the purposes of providing a service to existing and potential clients, supporters and subscribers. I will never disclose personal details without the consent of the owner. Details are only held for as long as is necessary to fulfil the service request.

I adopt a Social Media Policy to ensure my business and my staff conduct themselves accordingly online. I will never ask for user passwords or personal details on social media platforms. Users are advised to conduct themselves appropriately when engaging with us on social media.
There may be instances where my website features social sharing buttons, which help share my content directly from my pages to the respective social media platforms.
