The thing I have learned about finding balance in life (regardless of whether you have any kind of health condition) is that it is something you already know and can get to easily.
Although there are all sorts of ideas and adverts about what balance is, all I really think it is about is listening to yourself and doing what feels right day to day, week to week or moment to moment.
Your inner bow-tied manual is always there for you to refer to, on whatever area of life you are struggling with. You only have to listen to it. That is what these cards and accompanying booklet are all about.
Though by no means the definitive collection, the deck of 33 cards is meant to be a starter for getting you to listen to what you already know or to help you talk to yourself with kindness.
I can’t guarantee any overnight transformation but if you keep referring to the cards I am sure you will begin to find a way that feels easier to manage and more joyful.
